Dermal Fillers Procedure
The procedure of dermal fillers is performed at a medical spa. The procedure actually depends on the chosen filler type. However, generally, it begins with mapping, where the clinician evaluates your facial appearance. Then the site to be treated is prepared. In the area where the injection is to be injected, the clinician cleans and disinfects it. He makes some marks on the injection site. Then, you will be given anesthesia through a cold instrument to numb your body. The targeted area will be injected with the filler. Injecting the injection just takes less than a minute.
Then the clinician massages the injection site to disperse the filler as needed. If needed, a little more filler is added which will then take up to 15 minutes. The procedure ends when the clinician gives you a cool compress for relieving pain and swelling. That’s all the procedure is. Right after the procedure, you may get back to your work.
